Vincent Martineau Architect P.C. – VMAPC – was founded in 2008 in New York City. Our work covers a wide range of project types, in particular, residential apartment buildings, and the planning and design of higher education academic facilities.
Based in New York City, we are very well versed in the local planning standards, the intricacies of the various applicable codes and interactions with the department of buildings and other city agencies.
We have accumulated over the years a reliable network of consultants and resources in the industry that allow us to optimize our design and find solutions to unique situations, as every project is unique
Vincent Martineau is the principal of Vincent Martineau Architect, P.C. He established his own practice in 2008 after working a number of years for local firms on complex local and out of state projects.
Over the years he has developed specialties ranging from planning to zoning to technical design of exterior building envelope systems.
He is a registered architect with over 25 years of experience in the design of ground up construction projects, with the past 17 years spent practicing architecture in New York City.
